Reporting a Bug or Issue
To help reproduce and fix any issue quickly, please include the following details in your report:
Quick Diagnostic Copy: If an error occurred in PixelTamp, click "Copy Diagnostic Details" on the error screen or right-click any failed item in the batch queue to select "Copy Diagnostic Report". This copies a privacy-safe summary directly to your clipboard, ready to paste into the form above or into your email.
Your macOS version (e.g. macOS 26.0) and Mac model (e.g. M3 MacBook Pro or M4 Mac mini).
The input format (e.g. PNG, HEIC, QuickTime MOV) and resolution / size of the problematic file.
The active preset (Tamped, Lossless, Aggressive) and chosen dimension constraint.
What occurred versus what you expected (error text in queue, unexpected size, or visual anomaly).
